"John is a very well-rounded agent. He provided excellent service during every aspect of the sales process. From our first interview up to the closing, he was hands-on for every step. After our initial walk-through, he made recommendations on improvements we could make to improve our home's appeal and possibly raise the selling price. John had reliable contacts who tackled the tasks that were out of my skill set. Once the house was looking its best, John brought over a stager to complete the pre-showing preparations. When we listed our home, we received numerous showing appointments that upcoming weekend. John was available and responsive to provide feedback from the showings. Once we had accepted an offer, John was instrumental in negotiating fair and reasonable solutions to a few contingencies that popped up after inspection.
